She has had P&L responsibility for multi-million dollar budgets spanning multiple functional areas, management responsibility for organizations ranging from 25 to 400+ employees, delivered six to seven figure cost savings on improvement projects, and worked international assignments as part of her career development. Throughout her management career, Celia has exhibited a passion to mentor and coach individuals to grow, develop, and achieve personal and professional goals.

Celia is accredited by the Total Quality Institute (TQI) and a member of The Institute for Sustainability. She holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Innermetrix, the RAC Coaching Academy and the National Seminar Group. Celia is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.


As the founder of Janet Pritchard Consulting, Janet Pritchard has worked with a variety of businesses in the last twenty years.  She has applied her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and management experience in such industries and areas as banking, steel, plastics, food services, social service and education; assisting organizations in growth and improvement.  Janet provides training, facilitation and consulting focusing on strategic planning, quality management and leadership development.  Janet is experienced in crisis intervention and conflict management.  In addition, Janet is an excellent resource in one-on-one mentoring for employees with performance issues and those who desire professional growth and development.
